Seventeen Political Leadership Entrepreneur (PLEs) organizations from civil society join our global program to renew political leadership.

The Better Politics Accelerator has welcomed its new 2025–26 cohort, marking the start of a six-month program running from November 2025 to March 2026.
This year’s cohort brings together 17 Political Leadership Entrepreneur (PLE) organizations from 15 countries, selected from dozens of applicants to our global call for applications, “Civil Society Renewing Political Leadership 2026.” This call focused on non-partisan organizations launching or strengthening Political Leadership Incubators (PLIs), initiatives that prepare new political talent to run for office or pursue elected and appointed roles.
Over the next six months, the new cohort will take part in an immersive global learning journey. The program combines practical workshops, tailored coaching, and peer exchange with organizations working across very different political contexts.
A central focus of the Accelerator is application. Each organization will design a playbook to guide the launch or strengthening of its own Political Leadership Incubator. These playbooks are rooted in local realities, responding to the specific challenges and opportunities faced in each country.
The 2025-26 cohort is integrated by Elas No Poder, Legisla Brasil, RenovaBR, Más Para Chile, Civix Colombia, +Costa Rica, Corporación Líderes para Gobernar, JoinPolitics, Greek Forum of Refugees, Ohrid Institute, Unidad Nacional Azul y Blanco, Hiraya Initiatives for Change and Progress, Próxima Geração, African Leadership Academy, Imara Leadership, Arayüz Campaign & Arguden Governance Academy, and WALPE Africa.
This new cohort represents a growing global effort to renew political leadership from the ground up. We look forward to supporting their work and learning alongside them over the months ahead.
