Provisions on Conduct in the Parliamentary Code
Article 2(3)
Prohibits members of Parliament from:
Calling for violent behavior or engaging in acts of violence in either private or public activities
Spreading hatred based on sex, gender, or sexual orientation
Article 7
Prohibits members from engaging in the following acts toward other representatives of Parliament:
Spreading malicious or unfounded accusations
Insulting or arguing in a harmful manner
Blackmailing
Inciting violence, intolerance, or discrimination
Limitations of the Code
While the code outlines unacceptable behaviors, it does not specify any sanctions or punishments for violations of these provisions.
